Primary Responsibilities :
- Review RFQs, tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial requirements to prepare accurate and competitive proposals.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, MTOs, BOQs, compliance statements, and bid documentation within submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, quality, vendors, and subcontractors to gather inputs for estimation, costing, and scheduling.
- Prepare preliminary design calculations, evaluate technical deviations, identify project risks, and support client discussions, negotiations, and clarification meetings.
- Maintain proposal records, cost databases, supplier quotations, project handovers, budget sheets, and support continuous improvement through lessons learned from completed projects.

Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in proposal engineering, estimation, costing, and bid preparation for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, storage tanks, skid packages, or process equipment.
- Knowledge of ASME, TEMA, API, and international design standards with the ability to interpret technical specifications and contractual documents.
- Hands-on experience with estimation tools, MTO preparation, vendor evaluation, technical-commercial analysis, and engineering software such as PV Elite.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals under strict deadlines.
