Primary Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
  • Resolve client concerns and issues promptly while maintaining a professional approach.

Account Growth & Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss requirements, and explore new opportunities.

Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution

  • Manage client expectations and address challenges effectively.
  • Handle demanding customer situations with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial solutions while aligning with company policies and capabilities.

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with production, sales, design, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure alignment between client requirements and internal execution teams.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track account performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze customer feedback and recommend process enhancements.
Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, Business Development, or Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage key clients and drive account growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience handling demanding clients and complex business requirements.
