Primary Responsibilities :
- enerate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, field visits, referrals, and industry events.
- Build relationships with business owners, senior management, and key decision-makers across SMEs.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business operations, risks, and insurance requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and market coverage.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching industries, commercial establishments, and industrial clusters.
- Coordinate with senior team members to propose suitable insurance solutions and convert prospects into clients.
- Work with insurance underwriters to obtain quotations and develop customized insurance programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
- Represent the company professionally and expand the organization's network within the local business community.
Experience Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Corporate Sales, Industrial Marketing, Relationship Management, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Fresh candidates with exceptional communication and business aptitude may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence to interact with business owners and senior executives.
- Good negotiation and business development abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Own two-wheeler or car with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
