Primary Responsibilities :

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, client visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Acquire new travel agents and expand the company's partner network.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow-up calls.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Promote long-term business relationships.

Sales & Product Promotion

  • Promote and sell:
    • Air Tickets
    • Visa Services
    • Hotel Bookings
    • Holiday Packages
  • Promote the company's online booking portal.
  • Recommend suitable travel solutions based on client requirements.
  • Provide accurate information on destinations, pricing, and travel regulations.

Sales Operations

  • Ensure travel bookings, documentation, and payments are processed accurately.
  • Maintain customer database and sales records.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, competitor activities, and promotional offers.
Experience Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales.
