Primary Responsibilities :
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Identify upcoming residential and commercial construction projects.
- Build relationships with:

- Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits.
Technical Consulting
- Understand customer site requirements and parking space constraints.
- Recommend suitable hydraulic parking solutions, including:
- Stack Parking Systems
- Puzzle Parking Systems
- Pit-Type Parking Systems
- Explain:
- Technical specifications
- Structural requirements
- Power consumption
- Installation requirements
- Coordinate with the technical team for solution design.
Sales & Account Management
- Prepare:
- Techno-commercial proposals
- Quotations
- Cost estimates
- Comparative statements
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Close sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualification
- Graduate (Technical or Non-Technical)
Experience Required
- 3–4 years of Field Sales experience
- Strong B2B Sales background
