Primary Responsibilities :
HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
Develop and implement HR & Administration strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and annual HR initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Handle employee confirmations, transfers, engagement, separations, and exit formalities.
Analyze attrition trends and improve employee retention.
Payroll, Compliance & HR Governance
Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Ensure adherence to labour laws, HR policies, audits, and regulatory documentation.
Coordinate with Finance and external agencies for compliant HR operations.
Performance Management & Employee Development
Design and manage the Performance Management System (PMS).
Implement competency frameworks, goal setting, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
Learning & Development
Identify training needs across departments.
Organize and evaluate employee training and leadership development programs.
Monitor training effectiveness and capability-building initiatives.
HR Systems, MIS & Documentation
Manage HRMS implementation and optimization.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
Administration & Facility Management
Manage office administration and facility operations.
Oversee housekeeping, security, infrastructure, office assets, and vendor management.
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor the HR & Administration team.
Collaborate with department heads to improve organizational effectiveness and HR processes.
Experience Requirements:

MBA/PGDM in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
3–6 years of HR experience (manufacturing or plant HR exposure preferred).
Strong knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, PMS, employee relations, and HR operations.
Experience with HRMS, HR analytics, MIS reporting, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong analytical, planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
High integrity with the ability to manage confidential information.
